Are you a certified elementary teacher with a Bachelor of Education, a heart for teaching, and a love for nature’s beauty? Hillside Collegiate Sokcho urgently needs one dedicated teacher who is ready to start as early as next week. Due to an unexpected withdrawal of a new hire, we are seeking a candidate who can step in quickly. Now Hiring: Two Certified Elementary Teachers

  • Start Date: Immedidate
  • Grade Levels: 1–6
  • Subjects: English, Social Studies, Math, Science, and other elementary subjects
  • Location: Sokcho, Gangwon-do, South Korea

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary starting at 2.8M KRW/month (up to 3.2M KRW based on experience)

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (includes prep time)

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
  • Holds Professional Teacher Certification (any jurisdiction)
  • Eligible for an E-2 or F visa in Korea (those with an existing E-2 visa ready to transfer or an F visa are strongly preferred)
  • Passport holder from one of the seven English-speaking countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, AUstralia, New Zealand, South Africa)
