Our School
Tired of teaching English in a dreary classroom where your teaching skills and degree aren’t being put to use? Want to level up your teaching in a school that actually cares about the students? Want better pay and vacation than most other schools in the country? Come work for us!
KnK is a large, independent hagwon that specializes in teaching English to elementary/middle school students planning on studying abroad. We focus on preparing students for English they may find in a classroom. We put a lot of emphasis on high-interest games, engaging activities, and hands-on projects as a way to facilitate language learning.
We’re located at Migeum Station in Seongnam, a satellite suburb of Seoul. It is a 20 minute subway ride (6 stops) to Gangnam, one of the main shopping and restaurant districts in the country, and many express buses connect us to other popular areas as well.
Position
A successful candidate will be familiar with intermediate-level grammar concepts. They will be able to hold discussions about critical thinking and basic literary analysis (metaphor, hyperbole, etc.). You’ll be working on a level-specific team with 1-3 other teachers, so we’re looking for someone who can work positively and creatively with others, teach effectively, and give our students a bright future. If this interests you, we’d love to hear from you!
