Ansan is the newest campus to be added into the Saint Paul American Scholars family – joining Gwanggyo, Bundang, and Dongtan. The Ansan Campus is a wonderful opportunity for an administrator to build a program from the ground up, using the SPAS-established systems to lead the school to a full K-12 offering to students in the area. The total capacity for this school will develop over time but range up to 400 students in total. Ansan will be supported by the Scholars Leadership Team – Head of School, General Manager, and School Principal – who have been working with the school continuously as it has grown over the last decade. As we celebrate the SPAS 10-year anniversary, Ansan will be our newest achievement – and we are seeking a talented administrator to lead that way.
Position: Ansan – Chinese Teacher
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chinese teacher to join our team at the elementary/primary school level. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mandarin as part of our Languages department, using the United States of America curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Mandarin at the elementary/primary school level
– Knowledge of United States of America curriculum standards
– Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages
– Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
– Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that meet individual student needs
