JOB SUMMARY:
Dulwich College Seoul is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Cover Teachers to join our vibrant international school community on an on-call basis from August 2025. Suitable for both Primary and Senior School settings, successful candidates will be matched with roles that align with their area of expertise and experience. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are passionate about education and eager to contribute to a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive learning environment. As a Cover Teacher, you will step in to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and ensure continuity of learning and duties in the absence of regular teaching staff.
While initially offered as short-notice, on-call assignments, there is the potential for short- or long-term cover placements throughout the academic year based on the school’s needs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, adaptability, and a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and well-being. REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have:
A teaching qualification, with two or more years of experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills, with fluency in English
A flexible and adaptable approach
A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of children
Respect for all members of a school community, irrespective of position, gender, age and ethnic background
A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life.
