Residence Life Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Single Residence Assistant to join our residential life team. This position is ideal for a single Christian individual who values community, hospitality, and faith-centered living. The Residence Assistant will support the daily operations of the dormitory, promote a safe and welcoming environment, and provide guidance to residents in alignment with our community’s Christian values.Introduction:

We are currently seeking a qualified Residence Life Assistant to join our team on a Fixed Term contract basis.

Position: Residence Life Assistant (Residential/Boarding Supervisor)

Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field
– Minimum of 3 years experience working in residential life or boarding programs
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
– Knowledge of international education practices and cultural sensitivity
