Full-Time Faculty – Integrated Business Management Department

The Integrated Business Management (IBM) department at Dong-A University in Busan, South Korea, is hiring a dynamic and qualified English-Speaking Foreign Professor. This is a full-time, two-year position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective lectures on various subjects, including Principles of Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Management Science, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, and Brand Management.
• Mentor and guide IBM students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the academic environment.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or higher in business administration is required (a doctorate is preferred).
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience (or four years if including a master’s degree program).
• Excellent English proficiency.
• You must currently live in Korea and hold an E1, E7, or F-series visa.

Preferred qualifications include university-level or international teaching experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Insurance: National Health Insurance and National Pension.
• Vacation: 10 weeks of paid vacation during summer and winter breaks, plus national holidays (over 20 weeks total).
• Housing: Housing in the school dormitory is available. Alternatively, you can receive a monthly housing allowance of ₩350,000.
