About Us:

We are a dynamic, forward-thinking alternative school called SIA Kinder. We are the Kindergarten division of our main campus called SIA (Sejong International Academy) where we teach grades 1-9. Our mission is to provide a nurturing space where children ages 5 to 7 can build confidence, develop essential language skills, and grow academically in a positive, creative atmosphere.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Kinder English Teacher to join our team. As a Kinder English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching young children (ages 5-7) the fundamentals of the English language through engaging and interactive activities. If you’re passionate about working with children and have a love for teaching, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English language skills to children ages 5-7, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that keep students excited about learning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth, exploration, and curiosity.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians on student progress and development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the best learning experience for all students.
  • Incorporate elements of Korean culture and language into the curriculum when appropriate.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • F-Visa
  • Experience working with young children (ages 5-7) in an educational setting.
  • Previous teaching experience is highly preferred.
  • Creativity and the ability to create fun, engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Knowledge of the Korean language or culture is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • A nurturing and patient attitude with a passion for helping children succeed.
