Native English Teacher

Teaching Position at Yang Chung High School. (website)

We are looking for 1 native speaker who is reliable and professional

◆ The Details of Working Conditions are as follows:

• * Working days : week days long (Mon – Fri)
• * Basic Working hours : 8 hours per day (08:00-16:00) inclusive of breaks and prep time
• * Teaching : 14~16 lessons per week (50-minute class) + short English Camps (summer & winter vacations, 2 days per each)
• * Student level: high school
• * Salary & Benefits : 2.1~2.5 Million won per month (will be decided through further consultation) + a housing subsidy with 500,000 Korean won per month
• * Possibility of additional income for after-school program
• * More than 15 days-paid holidays (mainly during school vacation)
• * Medical insurance, Tax, Severance pay and Pension are done under the related Regulation
• * Location : 1039 Anyangcheon-ro, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul – Refer to http://www.yangchung.hs.kr for the map (Yang Chung is an autonomous private high school)

◆ QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

The applicants must:

• – Be eligible for E2 visa, or hold an F visa
• – Hold at least a B.A., B.Ed., or B.Sc. degree

Preferences:

• – B.A. / B.Ed. or above in areas relating to English language teaching
• – ESL teaching certificates (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA etc. / at least 100 hours course)
