Location: Korea International School (KIS)
KIS is seeking a dynamic Middle School Principal to lead our vibrant learning community. Reporting to the School Director, the Middle School Principal will foster a culture of empowerment, belonging, and academic excellence aligned with our mission: to inspire students with a passion for learning and to cultivate the competence, self-assurance, initiative, and creativity necessary for success in the global community.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in middle school education, with at least 3 years as a principal in a high-performing private or international school.
Advanced degree required.
Strong understanding of adolescent development, American curriculum standards, and standards-based grading and reporting.
Demonstrated success in leading change, fostering innovation, and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Excellent communication, cultural competency, and collaboration skills.
