Dwight Seoul seeks a qualified and experienced MYP/DP educator and Upper School Principal for August 2025.
The Principal is an inspirational leader, who is resilient, good humored, and able to inspire confidence in all MYP/DP students, teachers and parents alike.
The Upper School Principal will provide dynamic leadership in line with the IBO’s and the School’s mission statements.
The candidate is curriculum focused and flexible to lead a school well into the 4th industrial revolution.

Required Qualifications:
– Educational leadership experience preferably in an International School
– Extensive knowledge of the IB Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme (MYP/DP)
– Relevant teaching experience
– Degree or training in Educational Leadership (preferred)
– Experience in effective teacher supervision, evaluation, and mentoring
– Experience and understanding of best practices in international education
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Experience working with CIS and NEASC is an advantage.
– Experience with the creation and implementation of school strategic plans with a focus on curriculum and best practices for young learners
– Innovative and creative; looking for the next idea that leads the future of education
– Fluent in English
