Dwight Seoul is currently hiring for a School Registrar/Receptionist position. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, internationally-minded educational environment. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of professional experience in customer service and office management, fluency in both Korean and English, and proficiency in Microsoft softwares.
This position is a combined role of the school registrar and the reception functions.
The Receptionist is a front-line administrative professional responsible for managing the front desk of the school. The primary role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
The Registrar provides official academic and student records management services for our students in an efficient, courteous, secure, and accurate manner.
The role requires detail oriented organization skills and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups of people.
