Korea International School seeks a Middle School Counselor to join our Student Support Team. The counselor plays a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of students, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. This position involves providing counseling services, collaborating with staff and families, supporting transitions, and contributing to the overall well-being of the middle school community.
Qualifications
Government-issued certification in school counseling (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Counseling or a related field (required; advanced degree preferred)
Minimum two years’ experience as a school counselor (international experience preferred)
Strong skills in collaboration, cultural competency, and student advocacy
