**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a full-time High School Mandarin Teacher to join our dynamic Languages Department on a maternity cover contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mandarin at the high/secondary school level, following the Advanced Placement curriculum.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin at the high school level
– Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
– Familiarity with the Advanced Placement curriculum is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
