Gwanggyo is the main campus in our school district also comprised of Ansan, Bundang, and Dongtan. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Vice Principal for our Elementary/Primary School campus to work alongside our SPAS veteran administrators and teachers.
Position: Vice Principal
As the Vice Principal of our Gwanggyo Campus, you will be responsible for supporting the principal in managing all aspects of the school’s operations. You will work closely with teachers, staff members, parents and students to ensure that we provide high-quality education that meets international standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
– A Master’s degree in Education or related field
– At least 2 years of experience as a Head Teacher, Dean of Students, Curriculum Coordinator or Vice Principal or similar role
– Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of United States’ curriculum standards and practices
– Ability to develop effective strategies for student learning outcomes
– Experience working with diverse groups of students
