**Job Description: Elementary Associate Principal (Pangyo Campus)**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Master’s Degree in Education or related field
– Valid teaching certification
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational leadership roles
– Familiarity with the US curriculum standards and practices
**Skills and Qualifications:**
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Experience in curriculum development and implementation
– Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education
– Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
– Proficiency in data analysis to drive instructional decision-making
