Position: Dean of Students – Dongtan Campus
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Dean of Students at our Dongtan campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to student life, including discipline, extracurricular activities, and academic support.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members, parents, and other stakeholders
– Knowledge of United States curriculum standards for elementary/primary schools
-Proficiency with Google Suite
