Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Family Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison for inquiries via email, phone, and in-person visits for admissions
- Provide detailed explanations of the admissions process, school programs, and student life
- Coordinate application timelines and assist families with required documentation
- Organize and lead school tours, private consultations, and open house events
Admissions Process Management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of application documents (transcripts, recommendations, etc.)
- Schedule and facilitate student assessments, interviews, and committee reviews
- Deliver acceptance or rejection notifications and guide families through the registration process
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Collaborate to develop admissions content (brochures, videos, blog posts, etc.)
- Plan and host promotional events for local and expatriate communities
- Represent the school at international school fairs and relocation support groups
- Build partnerships with embassies, global corporations, and relocation agencies
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date application and enrollment statistics
- Analyze trends by nationality, grade level, and applicant origin to refine recruitment strategies
- Prepare quarterly and annual admissions reports for leadership review
Support for International Families
- Provide guidance on visa processes, alien registration, and health insurance requirements
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new international students and their families
- Ensure culturally sensitive and multilingual communication as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred), ideally in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in school admissions, international education, or customer service
- Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and admissions CRM platforms
- Experience working with multicultural teams or communities is strongly preferred
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in an international school or bilingual education setting
- Familiarity with international curricula (IGCSE, A-Levels,IB, AP, Cambridge, etc.)
- Experience in event planning, data reporting, or customer success
- Exposure to immigration or visa support processes for foreign nationals
