George Mason University, Korea (Mason Korea) is a global campus of the U.S. university located in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea. It’s part of the Incheon Global Campus (IGC) which hosts several international universities. Mason Korea offers a unique educational model where students can earn a U.S. degree while studying in South Korea.
Educational Model and Degrees
Mason Korea offers the same curriculum and U.S. degrees as the main campus in Fairfax, Virginia. All courses are taught in English. This allows students to receive a global education and a U.S. degree without leaving Asia. A key feature of the program is that students spend up to three years at the Korea campus and one year at the Fairfax, Virginia campus. Upon graduation, students receive the same degree as those who studied entirely in the U.S.
